LIMITED SERIES

William DeBilzan is often inspired to dedicate a limited number of paintings to the exploration of a specific theme. The resulting work is usually a fascinating departure from his established style. In a limited series of paintings focused on golf, for example, his figures break from their normally stoic stance as they hit a long fairway drive. In another series he expands the graffiti and single words that populate his main body of work into witty phrases. In addition to his own explorations, DeBilzan is regularly commissioned by both corporate and private clients to create a limited series of paintings around a chosen theme.
